I found Larry though a listing. I had my land under contract for 6 months to no avail. I switched to Larry and with in 6 weeks it was sold. Once we got a contract, we started looking for a home. We worked with Larry Crowder at Crye-Leike. He was great through every step of the process. Our property had been rented out for so long to a tenant that was leaving that we needed to have the locks changed and Larry was able to help us out and was even there for us when the locksmith came to change the locks when we were not able to be there. He kept us up to date on the condition of the property, the process of the sale with the buyer, and even contractors we had to use to get the property ready to sell. Larry was such a big help that we couldn't imagine having sold the property without him!

Larry Crowder is a great sales associate. He was very proactive about making appointments to see houses, and he was prepared when we toured the homes (had cheat sheets and knew a little background). He took us through the tours unbiasedly; he never pressured a sale nor tried to sell us on more house/price than we needed/wanted. Moreover, he was patient and nice when we wanted to see more houses after we didn’t like the counter offer on the first house we made an offer. He answered all our questions during the closing process and anticipated services we might need after we close.
